Premium Resin is a quality for demanding applications with very good solvent and heat resistance as well as perfect print quality and superior mechanical resistance. The ink offers superior print quality on all types of barcodes, large or small alphanumeric characters or logos, with a DOR blackness of 1.6. The structure of the tape allows printing on a wide variety of substrates, especially synthetic films (PVC, PET, PE, PP), but also on certain coated papers. The print has excellent abrasion and scratch resistance and, comparable to classic resin tapes, high resistance to solvents and high temperatures up to 250°C (482°F). These performance characteristics also apply to high printing speeds of up to 250 mm/s, 10 ips, so that this quality can be used in the packaging industry as well as in marking. The tape is ideal for printing with 200, 300 and 600 DPI resolution printheads. The very innovative backing provides exceptional performance characteristics. The high quality of the components guarantees superior protection of the printhead and prevents deposits and static charge. The tape does not contain any substance classified as hazardous.
